As demand for high-quality Spirulina increased across nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and functional food markets, ABG Vivanta Biotech Pvt. Ltd. (ABGVB) focused on building a scalable manufacturing ecosystem capable of delivering consistent quality at commercial volumes. The objective was to develop an integrated cultivation and processing setup that could reliably support growing partner requirements without compromising purity, safety, or sustainability.
ABGVB’s Spirulina manufacturing capacity of 60–100 tons per year enables the company to serve bulk ingredient customers, white-label partners, and turnkey project clients with dependable supply and consistent quality.
ABGVB established a controlled Spirulina cultivation and processing infrastructure designed to achieve an annual manufacturing capacity of 60 to 100 tons. This capacity was achieved through optimized pond design, efficient harvesting cycles, advanced processing systems, and strict operational controls. By aligning cultivation output with processing throughput, ABGVB ensured uninterrupted production and reduced variability across batches.
