Spirulina Farm Turn Key Project
A health and nutraceutical manufacturer aimed to establish an in-house Spirulina cultivation and processing facility to gain control over raw material quality, improve supply reliability, and support long-term expansion. The client had land and intent—but no prior experience in Spirulina farming or processing.
We selected high-performance Spirulina strains, designed pond layouts, implemented advanced water management systems, and established controlled cultivation protocols. Parallelly, we planned and installed processing infrastructure aligned with GMP-ready workflows.
ABG Vivanta Biotech Pvt. Ltd. delivered a turnkey solution, managing the project from concept to commissioning. Our team designed a customized farm layout based on local climate and resources, selected high-quality Spirulina strains, and installed sustainable cultivation infrastructure. We also set up processing systems, quality protocols, and provided hands-on training to the client’s team.
