ABG Vivanta Biotech Pvt. Ltd. (ABGVB) partnered with a consumer-focused wellness brand to create a differentiated nutraceutical portfolio addressing everyday nutrition needs. The objective was to build a brand that translated the benefits of Spirulina into simple, effective formulations for mass consumers, while maintaining scientific credibility, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Beyond product formulation, ABGVB led the complete brand creation process. This included brand identity development, product positioning, packaging design, label content, and regulatory alignment. Packaging was designed to be consumer-friendly, informative, and compliant, helping communicate benefits clearly while building trust at the shelf level.
ABGVB also supported go-to-market strategy by identifying suitable sales channels, including direct-to-consumer, retail, and distribution partnerships. Pricing, pack sizes, and channel-specific positioning were structured to balance accessibility with premium quality perception. The supply chain and manufacturing processes were aligned to support consistent availability and scalable growth.
